We want to make Forme Spa & Wellbeing your happy place, where you feel cared for, revitalized and rejuvenated. Let us share our journey with you, which started in 2002 when Hady Wenham purchased what was then Forme Beauty Therapy. With a background in marketing and business she put plans in place to modernise the brand and renovate the premises. Sunbeds were removed and renovations took place to turn the clinic into more of a day spa environment. The business quickly gained momentum, and a second spa was established in a gorgeous character villa in Parnell in 2003.
Since then additional locations were opened in Auckland, with the first venture out of Auckland opening in 2009 in Wellington, quickly followed by Hamilton and in 2017 Christchurch to take the total number of spas to 10. Our journey has continued recently into moving more into the Wellness arena, focussing our treatments on your overall wellbeing not just at a cosmetic level, and we are introducing more offerings to assist with this. We hope you enjoy your time with us.

We want to ensure that your time with us is a wonderful experience and that we give you the full WOW service.   We just have a few ground rules to make sure we get off to a great start! For new guests, please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to allow time for us to get to know you better by getting your preferences and background information. For all guests, late arrival will mean we have to cut your treatment short as we can’t hold up the guest after you who has arrived on time so please try to be there in time to catch your breath and relax before your treatment.

Our Charges

All prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards – Visa/Mastercard/Alipay/America Express/WeChat Pay and eftpos/debit cards.  All treatments must be paid on or before the day you have them.

Don’t Leave Us Hanging

Like many businesses, we rely on having our team happily booked to be able to price our treatments accordingly. If you cancel at short notice that means we have a period of time where we have costs of wages and running the business and most likely will have turned away other guests earlier, as we may not have time to resell your time slot.  We require either a credit card or valid voucher number to secure your appointment time with us.  This will only be charged if you no-show or cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice (48 hours for bookings for 2 or more guests), with a 50% charge for changes or cancellations within 24 hours and 100% for no-show/failure to arrive for your appointment.

Hiring now!   Front Desk Co-ordinator Takapuna – you may be a massage or beauty therapist who wants to do some treatments but really enjoys being our welcome to the spa, with a passion for admin as well as people.  Senior Therapist/Spa Manager Ponsonby – combine hands on therapy with coaching and leading the team.  Our most popular treatments are facials and massage, and you will get a lot of variety in your day as we also offer a wide range of beauty services.  You will work with amazing products getting real results for your clients, and be fully supported in a strong team culture.
