Here’s how your ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. . PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person.  It’s part of our online world but please make sure you understand how we treat it by reading below.

What do we collect?

If you register to receive our newsletter we will collect the data you input being your name, email address and phone number.  If you are purchasing a gift voucher we will also need these details plus who you are sending it to.  If you are booking online we also require a credit card that is securely stored to guarantee your booking.  Or you may be chatting with our online chat and we also may ask for contact details there.

In general we use it:

  • To improve our website in order to make the guest experience even better for you
  • To help you find the information you request
  • To understand your preferences for future visits.
  • Keep track of advertisements we run.
