Booking FAQs

You can call or email our spas, or reserve your appointment anytime 24/7 online with our super easy online booking option.  Here’s a few tips to make it easy.

  • Click the book button and select which spa you would like to go to
  • You can choose if it is just for yourself or if you are part of a couple or group and make a booking for more than one person
  • Search for your treatment or choose the drop down menu
  • You can select Any Therapist or if you have a Therapist you would like to request you can select them 
  • Once you’ve chosen what you like you can select the time and date (or even search a close by spa if we have one if the times available don’t suit)
  • You then need to create an account or log in to make your booking so we know who to expect!  You can log in using Facebook or Google or just set up using your email address


Made a booking but the time doesn’t suit?  We do ask for 48 hours notice and you can reschedule online or by contacting the spa.

Once your time is reserved just for you we often turn away other guests who want that time.  Therefore we do ask for 48 hours notice to reschedule or alter your booking or you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment amount if we cannot book someone else in for the time we were holding for you.
